Granada TV documentary from 1990 exploring the 'Madchester' music phenomena of the late 80's and early 90's.Featuring NME reporters Stuart Maconie and James Brown on a tour of the city along with photographer Kevin Cummins. Also includes live footage and interviews of Happy Mondays,808 State, Inspiral Carpets and Northside.With contributions from Anthony H Wilson , Danny Kelly and the Central Station design team who gave us some of the classic Factory records sleeves.

Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs in depth

The hot sun is beaming down on the face of the rhythm guitarist playing onstage in Mexico in 1999. On occasions he gazes up to the sun, he is slightly blinded by its glare and he is annoyed that he has left his sunglasses behind in the dressing room but happy he is no longer a plasterer from Manchester.
