Man of Violence

When you feel pleasure in pain
When you are part of local folklore
When a scrape, is an everyday thing
When “let’s have it” is your favourite saying

When you fight pit bulls
When your mates are called Razors
When women are pieces of meat
When a black eye means nothing to you

When you are barred from your local
When people cross the road to avoid you
When you carry a tool
When you take pride in doing time

Then my son, You are a man of violence, and may God have mercy on your soul
